Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. This role will participate in multiple Portuguese payroll implementation projects and have the opportunity to work on implementations in various geographies. If you have between 2 and 6 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll and have general knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Qualifications

  • Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions according to client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Portuguese legal requirements in SAP
  • Collaborate with the team to solve problems and optimize processes
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Adapt to new technologies and methodologies as needed

Technical Requirements:

  • Between 2 and 6 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll (Schema, Rules, Functions)
  • General knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Knowledge of Portuguese legal requirements in SAP
  • English (minimum B2 level)
