About the Role
<p>Dentro del Grupo Rubau, colaboramos con UTE en el servicio de recogida de residuos de Figueres. Somos una empresa con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y obras, comprometida con la calidad y la eficiencia en todos los procesos administrativos y operativos.</p><p>Actualmente, buscamos un perfil de Administrativo/a de Obra con las siguientes características:</p><p><strong>Responsabilidades</strong></p><ul><li><p>Organización y mantenimiento del archivo físico y digital de la documentación administrativa y contractual.</p></li><li><p>Control de horas de los empleados y seguimiento del personal.</p></li><li><p>Tramitación y gestión de facturas de proveedores, asegurando su correcta imputación y seguimiento.</p></li><li><p>Coordinación y apoyo a la dirección en la gestión administrativa y planificación económica de la UTE.</p></li><li><p>Otras gestiones administrativas propias de la obra.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requisitos</strong></p><ul><li><p>Formación en Administración, Económicas o áreas afines.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia administrativa (no es necesario experiencia en construcción).</p></li><li><p>Persona con carácter, iniciativa y buenas habilidades organizativas.</p></li><li><p>Residencia en Figueres o alrededores.</p></li><li><p>Se valorará dominio de Excel.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Ofrecemos</strong></p><ul><li><p>Formar parte de un equipo profesional y consolidado en el sector.</p></li><li><p>Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y formación interna.</p></li></ul>
