Job Description
We're looking for a Sr. Engineer to join our growing team in ESS Security.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance our cloud platform, which powers consumer-facing applications.
- You'll contribute to architectural improvements, build secure and scalable features, and support development teams with hands-on coding and prototyping.
- You'll also work with the Global Security Office to help identify and address platform-level security concerns, but the focus will be on enabling secure product development rather than deep security operations.
Bonus skills – nice-to-have but not essential:
- Exposure to PKI or access management concepts
- Experience with security audits (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001)
- Familiarity with security standards or policies used by engineering teams
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS, CISSP, CISM)
- Experience working in large-scale or multi-regional environments
You will be reporting to a Senior Manager
Qualifications
- You should have 6+ yrs of Exp solid experience with AWS Cloud Architecture and basic security best practices
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and automation tools – Terraform, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube
- Designing agentic workflows and integrating GenAI with enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk).
- Developing secure and scalable APIs for AI-driven solutions using FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Experience with frontend integration for AI apps (React, Angular) and visualization dashboards (Power BI).
- Comfortable working with engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles into product features
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor and support cross-functional teams
