Tender Touch Therapy employs Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists to provide services for pediatric and young adult patients in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our therapists work with clients and their families to provide individualized, or group, therapeutic programming which will enhance, challenge, and encourage patients to increase their independence and improve their lifelong wellness. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals.

CLINIC DIRECTOR


Mission Statement: Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness.


Purpose: Empowering children to change their world one ability at a time.


Licensed: Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology


Hours: 30+ hours a week, Full Time

Sub-products:

· Manage onsite Clinic Aide

· Training & Onboarding

· Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO

· Hiring and Staff oversight

· Clinic finances

· Facilitating Effective Communication

· Monitor clinic stats

· Oversight of Leads by location

· Marketing

· Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)

· Compliance Oversight

· Team Building


REQUIREMENTS:

· 60% treatment time, 40% admin time

· Attend Manager meetings

· Lead weekly Lead meeting

· Attend weekly RD meeting

· Doc time based on treatment hours
