About the Role

Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain tow truck equipment in a safe and efficient manner

- Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists

- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques

- Transport vehicles to designated locations while ensuring the safety of the vehicle and other drivers on the road

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience

- Knowledge of towing equipment and techniques

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
