About the Role
Join Team8 as a Bluespine-Backend/Data Engineer and drive the development and optimization of our backend data systems, enabling seamless data integration and analysis across the company.
Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable backend data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources.
- Optimize data retrieval and storage processes for performance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in backend development and data engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
