Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a compassionate and professional environment. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the Individual Support Planning (ISP) process for residents in Shore’s Residential homes.

- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of active treatment plans and program services.

- Ensure all services comply with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.

- Serve as a case manager, advocate, and liaison for residents, families, and service providers.

- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 shift support for residential homes.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.

- Document all services, interventions, and progress accurately and timely.

- Provide guidance and supervision to direct care staff regarding treatment plans and regulatory compliance.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

- Valid certification as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) or eligible for certification.

- Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to residential services.

- Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
