Position: Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM)

Reports to Restaurant General Manager –

Direct Your Shift Leaders, Trainers and Team Members to Enhance Systems That Create Smooth Operations. Learn Coaching Skills to Drive the Store's Culture and Daily Operations.

Duties/Responsibilities 

  • Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, Building a Bench of Key Holding Managers and Team Members in Restaurant
  • Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience (Live Life Unboxed!)
  • Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards
  • Enforce and Follow Pizza Hut Service Principals
  • (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
  • Assist RGM with Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes
  • Ensure All Team Members Have the Tools and Knowledge Necessary for Success
  • Develop a Store Team that Has High Customer Satisfaction Results
  • Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes on Shifts
  • (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
  • Assist the RGM with Career Development and Performance Management Process for Restaurant Team (MSM)
  • Expert Knowledge and Utilization of Pizza Hut Provided Tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia)
  • Executes all Pizza Hut Provided Training Material and Courses, Follows Up with Team Members on Execution
  • Compliant with All Laws and Regulations
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment is Provided in Restaurant
  • Maintains a Clean, Organized Restaurant That Meets All Health and Safety Regulations
  • Brand Steward for Pizza Hut Brand
  • Assist RGM with Restaurant Calendar
  • Effectively Communicates and Executes Company Initiatives by Managing Performance of Restaurant Team
  • Manages and adheres to Employee Handbook and Policies
  • Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
  • Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision
  • Other Duties as Assigned


Training/Requirements. 

  • Be A Customer Maniac! - All Roles 
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Lead On! Shift Leader 
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Lead On! Restaurant General Manager and Computer basics
  • Reliable Transportation 
  • Communicate, give feedback in positive manner
  • Valid Driver's License Preferred
  • National Sex Offender Registry Check
  • Motor Vehicle Record 
  • MSM Courses 7-9
