About the Role

abra, a leading Israeli integration and technology company, is looking for a talented Salesforce Implementer to join our growing Salesforce practice and play a key role in delivering impactful, business-driven Salesforce solutions.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with Salesforce in a dynamic, technology-focused environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to translate requirements into high-quality implementations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and design, configure, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, deliver training, and ensure strong user adoption
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration while following platform best practices and adopting new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure a stable, efficient Salesforce environment
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert within the organization, supporting and mentoring team members



Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrator

Salesforce Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and platform capabilities
  • Experience with permissions management, profiles, roles, objects, and field types
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Flows, custom apps, validation rules, and approval processes
  • Hands-on experience with reports and dashboards

Lightning & Clouds

  • Solid experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Entitlement Management

Business & Soft Skills

  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and service skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks under deadlines
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills

Education & Certifications

  • Relevant academic degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
