CRM & Operations Automation Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a CRM & Operations Automation Specialist to optimize and maintain our internal technology stack. This role is responsible for designing seamless data flows, automating business processes, and ensuring high data integrity across systems. You will work closely with multiple teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support system users.

You Will:

• Design and build robust automation workflows using Make.com (iPaaS).
• Configure and maintain monday.com boards and HubSpot CRM settings.
• Manage access controls and user accounts across platforms.
• Monitor and maintain high data quality through hygiene checks and reporting.
• Provide system support, training, and documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in systems administration, business operations, or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms, specifically Make.com.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM administration.
• Familiarity with project management tools, preferably monday.com.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
