Lead with Impact – Car Care Support Leader VIC/TAS

Eagers Automotive is offering a rare opportunity to lead our Car Care division across Victoria and Tasmania. We’re on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and influential Car Care Support Leader who thrives on exceeding targets and empowering others.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the catalyst behind a high-performing team of Car Care Sales Consultants, helping them reach new heights through expert coaching, strategic support, and dynamic leadership.

 

What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Champion the development of both seasoned and new Car Care and Sales Consultants
  • Lead engaging group training sessions that energise and educate
  • Provide hands-on dealership support and strategic guidance
  • Play a key role in recruitment and onboarding
  • Deliver monthly reports to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Operational Managers to elevate regional performance

 What Powers Your Success:

  • Automotive sales, finance, or aftermarket Car Care experience (highly regarded)
  • Proven success in sales and team leadership
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and adaptability
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive, self-driven mindset
  • A genuine passion for leadership, growth, and team development
