$90,000–$120,000 (based on experience) + $10k Sign-On Bonus | Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD/PsyD) | Riverside, CA Full-Time
About the Role: Provide individual, family, and group therapy for teens ages 12–17 in our Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program. You'll be embedded in the milieu alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians—not isolated in an office. This is meaningful clinical work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges.

What You'll Do:
- Provide weekly individual, family, and group therapy using DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused modalities
- Spend time in the milieu building rapport, modeling interventions, and shaping treatment in real time
- Conduct biopsychosocial and risk assessments to guide treatment planning
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate in daily and weekly multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide crisis support as needed
- Note: This is a full-time, in-person role that includes one weekend day in your regular schedule
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:
- Master's or Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT
- Active CA license: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD
- 2+ years in residential treatment, inpatient behavioral health, or high-acuity settings
- Experience with adolescents in mental health or substance use treatment
- Strong background in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities
Preferred:
- 3+ years in adolescent residential or psychiatric care
- Training in EMDR, relapse prevention, or motivational interviewing
- Experience with family systems work and co-occurring disorders
