  • Pay: $35-$45/hr. (DOE)- Weekly Pay!

What must be accomplished:

  • Full Installation of new and replacement systems from cooling to heating depending on customers’ needs.
  • Provide a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system with the customer, using an exploratory technique to understand the client’s needs and develop options that meet customer needs.
  • Tests pipe, tubing joints & connections for leaks, using pressure gauge, leak detection additives or soap-and-water solution.
  • Tests electrical circuits & components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
  • Repairs & replaces defective equipment, components & wiring.
  • Discusses heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.

  • Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
  • 100% completion of install checklist.
  • No call backs from customers.
  • Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.

Requirements

  • HVAC experience required: 3+ years.
  • FHW/Boiler/Steam is a plus!
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • NATE certification a plus!
  • Sheet Metal License is a plus!
  • Electrical experience
  • Hot works certification (preferred)
  • OSHA 10+ (preferred)
