Kona Kai San Diego Resort is a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island. With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant + Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are excited to welcome a new Room Attendant to our island-inspired resort. Someone who wants to be part of the Kona Kai culture, to stay a while and serve with a purpose. This role will report to: The Director of Housekeeping

Requirements

YOU:

As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning and supplying all assigned guest rooms or other guest areas according to department procedures and standards to exceed guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous Room Attendant experience is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight, minimum 20 lbs.
• Flexible schedule.
