Responsibilities:

Customer Care Specialist has the following responsibilities and duties:

  • Manage incoming calls & emails from customers who have questions about or are interested in purchasing Del Sol color changing products or amazingly soft Cariloha bamboo products.
  • Build positive relationships of trust with customers by anticipating their needs and providing solutions to their needs.  
  • Coordinate with members of other departments to resolve customer concerns.  


Requirements

 Requirements:


Customer Care Specialist should have the following skills, education, and experience:  

  • This is an in-office position. Remote work not available at this time.
  • Full-Time Position (Availability 7:00AM - 4:00PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) 40 hours per week
  • Ability to connect with people and measure success by how happy you make others
  • Proven record of solving problems 
  • Proven ability to excel at multitasking
