Position: Driver / Laborer / Customer Service
Location: Tempe, AZ
Compensation: Up to $26/hr - Uncapped earning potential (including base, profit share, and tips)!

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: WOWing every customer with exceptional service and a great attitude
- Sales: Up-selling and identifying sales opportunities
- Truck Operations: Safe operation of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks
- Junk Removal: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard and garage junk)
- Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter - from Guerrilla Marketing to promotions and sales.
- Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional Navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers belongings.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
- Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
- Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday
