Primary Responsibilities for CNA:
- Provides personal care for residents
- Supports and fosters good relationships with residents, families, and visitors
- Offers input into the assessment of the residents and the care planning
- Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise
Qualifications
Qualifications for CNA:
- Valid Kansas certification required
- Experience in adult care and services helpful
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Must be able to lift 30#’s unassisted
