RV Service Advisor

Good Life RV is searching for a high energy, positive, motivated Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing business. Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate RV service and repairs between customers and technicians. Ensure customer has full knowledge of any work performed and is informed of any updates.

Job Duties:

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Set realistic expectations for customers and ensure you hold to those expectations.
• Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair.
• Utilize all tools available to keep in contact with customers through the service experience.
• Attend all meetings and training as required.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the technicians.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have professional appearance and demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases.
• Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Every third Saturday
