Timex Group Poland is seeking a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to join our Warsaw team. In this role, you’ll develop accurate demand forecasts, analyze sales and inventory trends, and ensure optimal product availability to drive profitable growth. Working closely with both local and international teams, you will play a key role in aligning demand planning with commercial goals and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using sales trends, historical data, and market insights.
- Analyze inventory levels, sales performance, and supply chain data to maximize sales, margin, and stock availability.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand planning with business objectives.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports and forecasts for both local and global stakeholders.
- Monitor demand fluctuations and propose proactive adjustments to optimize stock and order management.
- Oversee incoming goods control, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting and planning processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within an international organization.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using ERP and forecasting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) required.
