About the Role

JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and distributing reports that support effective project management and decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to gather necessary data, interpret findings, and present insights in a clear and concise manner. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are monitored effectively and that key stakeholders have access to critical information.

As a Reporting Specialist at JASARA PMC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of our projects, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, and analyze project data to prepare accurate reports.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient tracking of project performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with project objectives.
  • Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting or data analysis.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in reporting tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
