We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician Trainee in our Express Service department. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry with hands-on training and professional development.

What You'll Do

As a trainee, you'll learn to perform routine maintenance and light repair services under the guidance of experienced technicians. Your responsibilities will include assisting with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections. You'll gain experience using diagnostic tools, following safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service. This role focuses on quick, high-volume services that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with a strong interest in automotive work, even if you don't have formal experience. You should be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and comfortable working with your hands. A valid driver's license is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, and has strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to work in varying temperatures, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, and reach regularly, and lift and carry parts and equipment.
