Low Slope Roofer

This position involves working in a (safety first) foreman lead crew environment on roofs with slope of <4" per ft. 

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Material handling from shop to trucks, trucks to roof
• Removal of old roofing material and deck prep to receive new
• Installation of new roofing material at the direction of the foreman

When hired you will be encouraged and expected to seek out opportunities to improve yourself with jobsite tools, techniques, and overall job progression from start to finish..  This position has several tiers of pay based on this improvement. This is a 40 hour week job with overtime opportunities as job schedule dictates.. Primarily a Mon- Friday position but some Saturday work may be required to make up for lost weather days. This will be determined by management and as much lead time as possible will be given before we commit to Saturday work

Qualifications

• Valid United States employment documentation.
• Current and active driver’s license.
• Available for full time employment.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. 15-20 per day.
• Ability to climb ladders to 40’ repetitively up to 20 times per day.
• Being able to work on your knees for long periods of time.
• Need to be tolerant of working in varying temperatures or other weather conditions.
