Primary Objectives of Position:

  • Deliver and distribute agronomy products in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in optimizing the cooperative’s market and efficiency
  • Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
  • Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Operate spraying and spreading equipment properly
  • Mix fertilizer and chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy
  • Deliver products to appropriate customers in a timely manner
  • Report needed inventory items to supervisor  
  • Ensure all delivery tickets are accurate and filled out correctly
  • Keep accurate log of all fields, acres, rates, product, and weather
  • Inform supervisor of any potential problems or new business opportunities  
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Certified Applicators License
  • CDL preferred
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs of a consistent basis, be able to bend, climb, and have good leg and arm dexterity
