Senior Staff Specialist IT - Windchill

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Windchill applications, integrations, and plugins using Java, to meet business requirements and improve product lifecycle management.
• Develop custom APIs using Windchill's Java-based API, to integrate with other systems, services, or applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Implement business logic, workflows, and rules using Windchill's Java-based scripting engine, to automate and streamline product development, manufacturing, and quality processes.
• Ensure high-quality code, following best practices, coding standards, and Windchill's development guidelines, to maintain scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication.
• Stay current with Windchill's latest releases, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve custom applications, integrations, and plugins.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 6+ years of experience in Java development for Windchill.
• Proficiency in Java, including Java 8 or later, with experience in Java-based development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of Windchill's architecture, APIs, and development tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Windchill Certifications is added advantage. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
