Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Support: Provide support to the recruitment team with operational and organizational tasks
  • Candidate preselection: Perform the candidate preselection based on the job requirements
  • Interview coordination: Support with the interview coordination
  • Communication with candidates: Ensure candidate’s communication process
  • Administration: Be responsible for the administration of the application process



Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation. You have good time management skills and you generate value with your ideas and solutions.
  • Education: Are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field
  • Digital skills: A good command of MS Office tools
  • Eagerness to grow: Willingness to develop your skills and knowledge in HR
  • Soft skills: A proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written form)
