Reporting to: Director of FP&A

Location: Rosh H’aain

What will you do?

• Support company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Perform in-depth financial and business analysis across revenues, gross margin, and operating expenses
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting with clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
• Partner closely with global business leaders across Sales, Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain, acting as a strategic finance business partner
• Analyze financial performance versus Budget and Forecast, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes in collaboration with Accounting
• Drive process optimization, automation, and best practices within FP&A

Requirements

What should you have?

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA – advantage)
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles
• Experience in a global, publicly traded company – strong advantage
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Strong analytical thinking combined with solid business judgment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in technology, industrial, or SaaS companies
• Hands-on experience with FP&A and BI tools (e.g., TM1, Hyperion, Power BI)
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience working directly with senior management and executives
