We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and proactive Office Manager & Employee Experience specialist to join our growing team. As we enter a hyper-growth phase and prepare to double our headcount, we need a "multi-tasking ninja" who can own our office operations, streamline our finances, and elevate our company culture.

This is a full-time, hands-on role. You will be the heartbeat of the office, Part of the HR team.

Ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly, like a well-oiled machine, while creating an extraordinary experience for every employee.


Responsibility

Office Operations & Logistics

  • End-to-End Management: Own the daily operations of our office, ensuring a functional, clean, and inspiring work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for all vendors (cleaning, maintenance, electricity, plants, and office).
  • Inventory: Manage office supplies and weekly grocery orders to keep the kitchen and desks fully stocked.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the logistical lifecycle of employees from preparing workstations and swag for newcomers to handling exit logistics.
  • Welfare & Culture: Full ownership of the company's welfare strategy, from planning to the flawless execution of all events, holidays, and employee milestones.
  • Company Spirit: Drive employer branding initiatives, manage company Swag (from concept to delivery), and assist with social media content.

Finance & Admin

  • Financial Coordination: Manage all office-related invoices and expenses
  • Travel: Handle end-to-end flight and hotel bookings for team members.
  • HR Support: Assist the HR department with scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and welcoming guests.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Office Management or Operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A "can-do" approach with a passion for helping people and solving problems in real-time.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Fluent Hebrew and high-level English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and "see around corners" to prevent issues before they arise.
