Mechanical Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical engineer to join our team.<br><br></div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;background:white;">Job Responsibilities:</p><ul type="disc"><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and HVAC systems, adhering to project specifications and standards.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Ensure accurate and clash-free design models by coordinating with other disciplines such as architecture, structural, and electrical.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to review and resolve design conflicts.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to align designs with project goals and deadlines.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Perform detailed calculations for plumbing systems (e.g., pipe sizing, flow rates, and pressure drop).</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">&nbsp;Analyze and ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>Requirements:</div><ul type="disc"><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">A bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">1-4 Years of experience in the same field.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Previous experience in designing HVAC or plumbing (Hospitals, admin buildings) .</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Well organized and efficient, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Good analytical skills and problem-solving.</li><li style="color:black;line-height:normal; background:white;">Excellent in using AutoCAD + Revit + hap + Elite. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul><div>Work Conditions:</div><div>- Working Days: Sunday- Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM<br>- Days Off: Friday- Saturday<br>- Location: Mohandseen</div>
