About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Presales Engineer to support sales engagements by designing and proposing end-to-end technology solutions across on-premise data centers, ELV/low current systems, and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions.

The role involves translating customer business and technical requirements into scalable, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. You will design complete architectures covering data center infrastructure (servers, storage, HCI, networking, power, cooling, rack planning, and DCIM), low current/ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, intercom, and building management integrations), and AV solutions for conference rooms, control centers, digital signage, and collaborative environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical design for on-premise data centers and/or ELV/low current systems.
Strong technical knowledge of data center technologies (servers, storage, HCI, networking, power and cooling).
Strong understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and AV integration.
Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute Tier, ASHRAE, TIA-942, and BICSI.
Proficiency in Visio and/or AutoCAD for technical designs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Ability to travel as required.
