About the Role
<p>As an Engineering Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the engineering department by coordinating activities, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication among team members. Your role involves assisting with project management, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between engineering team and other departments.</p><p><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in coordinating daily activities within the engineering department.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of engineering projects, schedules, and maintenance activities.</li><li>Support project management tasks, including tracking progress and updating relevant documentation.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication between the engineering team and other hotel departments.</li><li>Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of engineering materials and equipment.</li><li>Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking for the engineering department.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.</li><li>Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining records of employee certifications.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, attendance sheets and preparing reports.</li><li>Support the implementation of health and safety protocols within the engineering department.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the engineering team.</li><li>Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.</li><li>Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.</li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul>
