The Order Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders and maintaining close communication with clients. They also handle order shipment operations and assist in tracking customer complaints and satisfaction surveys.

主要职责:
1、保证客户订单及时、准确地得到处理;
2、及时响应客户需求,与客户保持紧密沟通;
3、需求数据分析并协调改善;
4、处理客户订单发运操作相关事务;
5、负责与顾客联络做好服务工作,协助主管跟踪客户抱怨和投诉,组织客户满意度调查;
6、确保按流程执行并完成上级安排的其他任务。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限;
2、熟悉订单管理及SIOP相关流程,沟通协调能力较强;
3、办公软件熟练,具备一定的数据分析能力;
4、细心、认真、负责。
