About the Role

At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we are building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We are seeking a Back Office Employee to ensure the correctness and reliability of our trading systems, covering both back-office and front-office operations.

This is a hands-on role working directly with trading operations teams, market data providers, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), internal banking systems, and our trading application. You will perform end-to-end validations to ensure systems meet regulatory, business, and technical requirements.

Your Day-to-Day

Conduct end-to-end validations of trading systems, including back-office processes, settlements, and front-office workflows.
Work with market data files from TASE and internal systems.
Investigate discrepancies and analyze logs and system behavior.
Develop, maintain, and execute test cases independently.
Manage testing progress and track defects in JIRA.
Collaborate closely with operations teams to validate business workflows.
Ensure that all systems are compliant with regulatory and business requirements.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in trading systems, investment banks, or asset management back-office operations - Must.
Strong understanding of back-office trading processes and securities handling - Must.
Experience working with market data files - Must.
Solid understanding of business requirements.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, test planning, and test execution.
Independent and self-driven.
