You’ll act as the primary professional services partner for customers, guiding them through process design, data modeling, system configuration, and change enablement.<br><br>This role is primarily delivery-focused, with ownership of implementation outcomes and customer success. You will also occasionally support product demonstrations and late-stage evaluations in partnership with Sales, primarily to provide implementation perspective and validate solution design.
