 Operate Machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of products  

Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.  

Load components materials into product specific tools.

Follow established documentation for product manufacturing .

Received customer supplied and/or purchased materials, including proper labeling, handling and movement of materials and paperwork .

Documents all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers/work orders and receiving/shipping documents.

Maintain the segregation of conforming vs. non-conforming products.

Prepare packages and paperwork for product/materials being shipped .

Performs in-process inspection of all parts and/or assemblies in accordance with the requirements stated in the work order or as otherwise stated on drawings or work instructions.

Performs visual inspection both unaided and using microscopes .

Performs various dimensional inspection using specific dies or gauges, or dimensional inspection system and micrometers .

Provides direction within the manufacturing cell to other Machine Operators assigned to assist them.

Ability to perform basic manufacturing set up tasks.

Performs additional duties as required under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager, Assistant Manufacturing Manager    and Manufacturing Supervisor.

Education & Experience:-

Minimum Education

A minimum of SPM result

Minimum Experience:-

1 year experience operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge & Skills :

Special Skills:- Ability to learn how to read drawings and blueprints with a limited ability to interpret information.

Special Knowledge:- Working with cutting & machining fluids, lubricants and other hazardous chemicals using appropriate safety controls Employee will be expected to attend safety training, serve on the facility safety committee and participate in hazard analysis and resolution. Physical

Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Frequent carrying bending, standing, sitting and repetitive motion.
