Key responsibilities in your new role:
As a Quality Engineering, you will shape and champion robust quality standards for cutting-edge semiconductor solutions that impact customers and industries worldwide.
- Define, develop, deploy and maintain quality management systems and systematic processes in line with standards and customer requirements
- Implement and verify effectiveness and efficiency of quality processes and systems
- Develop policies and methods to verify product, material, and component reliability throughout the value chain including production partners and material suppliers
- Establish and maintain quality standards for current and future technologies, products, and services with a proactive and reactive customer focus
- Develop strategies and methodologies that foster robust quality and drive operational improvements
- Promote quality mindset and sustainable quality culture through programs that encourage continuous improvement and a healthy deviation culture
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You are a problem-solver who thrives in intercultural teams, communicates effectively, and is passionate about ensuring product quality and process excellence. You consistently drive improvement and adapt well to new technologies and environments.
- Degree in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field of studies (mandatory)
- At least two years of experience as a Quality Engineer (mandatory)
- Have experience working with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems (mandatory)
- Demonstrate experience with 8D problem solving (mandatory)
- Show basic understanding of semiconductors (preferred)
- Are available to travel as required and work confidently in an intercultural environment (mandatory)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, both spoken and written
