The Role
The Functional Specialist – Corporate Applications works collaboratively with the People and Culture, Payroll and Business Technology Services (BTS) teams to configure, implement and administer Cabrini’s time and attendance system (UKG Dimensions), while also supporting colleagues in the use of the HRIS (Workday) and Payroll system (Chris21).
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the internal time & attendance (T&A) systems expert, managing user requirements, system and user support, system process and change, configuration and trouble shooting of the Dimensions system.
Organise regular T&A (Dimensions) user group forums ensuring comprehensive business, functional user and BTS engagement.
Establish a schedule to monitor, review and plan T&A (Dimensions) feature releases and support the assessment of impacts to related systems (Workday, Chris21) in coordination with P&C, Payroll and Business Technology Services (BTS).
Lead, plan and facilitate organization change and monitoring of T&A (Dimensions) system adoption.
Support your colleagues to configure, implement and administer our HRIS (Workday) and Payroll (Chris21) systems including integrations as required.
About you
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified with professional business experience in Human Resources or Information Systems and/or relevant working experience in a similar role.
You will have:
Demonstrated experience working with time and attendance systems, ideally within a complex organisational environment.
Hands-on experience with the Dimensions application or a comparable workforce management system.
Experience in system configuration, reporting and supporting ongoing system improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver outcomes in a timely manner
Strong Excel skills, with experience producing reports and analysing data.
