What you will do

As a Summer Trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects, learn from industry experts, and contribute to innovative solutions that keep our business running smoothly.

We offer diverse trainee positions across several teams:

• IT Service Management & Process Optimization – Support global services, improve processes, and provide data-driven insights.
• Enterprise Architecture & Data Analytics – Work with data preparation, analysis, reporting, and architecture documentation.
• Data Platforms & Reporting – Assist with Power BI, Power Platform, Fabric, and analytics tasks.
• Digital Transformation projects – Participate in project coordination, documentation, and small development tasks in the internal development projects.
• IT Procurement – Contribute to transactional and contractual procurement processes, supplier management, and system improvements.
• Finance & ERP Solutions – Support Treasury applications or ERP projects with testing, reporting, and quality assurance.
• Information Security & Compliance – Help develop security controls, risk management, and ISO/NIS2 compliance.
• Application Lifecycle & PLM Solutions – Engage in solution development, data management, and verification tasks

These positions are available in Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Jyväskylä, and Raisio.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree student at university or university of applied sciences e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Data Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of IT systems and applications
• Proactive attitude, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and systematic way of working as well as attention to detail
• Fluent English skills  both written and spoken
