As a project assistant trainee, you’ll work in a global environment assisting with organizing work permits, contracts, travel documents, hotel bookings, and other arrangements for site operations. You will also handle administrative tasks like invoicing and support communication for local and global project teams.
As an office assistant trainee, you’ll manage day-to-day office duties such as organizing meetings, preparing materials, handling invoices, and managing access permits. You’ll also take care of local communication tasks and may review and correct work time data in our production teams making sure that the data is correct before payroll processing.
We offer these summer jobs in Jyväskylä, Tampere, and Vantaa.
What do we expect from you?
In these roles we value your attention to detail and numbers. Also, strong teamwork and communication skills are needed as well as proficiency in working with common MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). We expect you to have good English skills.
Your flexibility to do a variety of work assignments is often needed as well as a proactive and independent way of working when deadlines might be tight.
If you are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance or similar, these positions might be suitable for you.
