Job Summary
We are seeking a Document Preparation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing documentation processes, including the accurate preparation of all required loan documents in line with established procedures and within agreed service levels.About the Role
Preparing loan contracts and all required mortgage documents accurately and in line with client instructions
Identify any errors and flag with client
Following up any outstanding information with client and/or relevant stakeholders
Loading instructions in the database
Ensuring fees and charges are loaded correctly
About You
You are able to work in a high pressure and fast paced customer service environment
You are flexible and agile with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
You are a great communicator and excel at providing outstanding customer service
You are a collaborative team member
Your computer literacy and data entry skills are exceptional and you adapt to new technologies that are introduced
You are a champion at prioritising your workload to meet KPI’s and SLA’s
Bonus points if you have prior experience with mortgage processing or other comparable finance industry experience
