Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guest with a smile and make all guests feel welcomed at the restaurant
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
  • Answer phones
  • Walk guests to their tables
  • Roll silverware
  • Coordinate seating
  • Interact with guests professionally
  • Lift and carry menus
  • Light cleaning
  • Restroom checks
  • Featured item board updates
  • Exterior menu box updates
  • Must be able to take Take Out orders, and ring them in correctly.
  • Open doors for guests as the come in and exit the building.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to understand and speak English; able to read written instructions in English
  • Able to communicate well
