The Insurance Specialist will partner with relationship managers to build total client relationships and financial planning propositions. They will serve clients with a complete scope of insurance products and lead branch sales staff to achieve insurance goals.

Responsibilities:

  • To partner with relationship managers in total client relationship building and financial planning propositions

  • To serve clients in complete scope of insurance products, namely whole life savings plans, universal life, endowment plans, retirement planning and general insurance, etc.

  • To lead and support the branch sales staff to achieve the insurance goal

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with at least two years of insurance product sales experience and proven track record

  • HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent plus IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5

  • Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred

  • Proactive and result-oriented with strong selling skills

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and knowledge of Mandarin preferred

  • Good relationship building and communication skills
