Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage mid-size product development projects / sub projects with strong connection to Frontend technologies and Backend processes
- Be fully responsible for all operational decisions concerning a given project for the successful achievements of the defined milestones
- Coordinate and synchronize activities with Product and Technical Marketing, Software, Technology, Product, Test and Reliability Engineering teams
- Manage and control the entire project life-cycle as main contact person for all questions regarding the project (status, forecast, quality and product delivery)
- Conduct forward-looking risk management in close cooperation with your stakeholders, where you identify possible mitigation measures and containment action scenarios
- Regularly report to Business Line management and take care of the top-level project documentation process
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or similar field
- A good understanding of semiconductor technologies and products
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience
- Working experience in the semiconductor or related technology industries, preferably dealing with multi- site/multicultural teams
- Leadership and coordination skills to steer cross-functional and cross organizational teams as well as external partners
- Knowledge in project life-cycle and related project management processes and methodologies (i.e. planning / schedule management, risk management, tracking, reporting, and focused-issue cross functional team management)
- Knowledge in Automotive standards (e.g. ISO16949, ISO 26262, ISO21434) and Microcontroller are preferred
- AGILE framework experience, as well as Project Management Certification (IPMA C preferably) would be highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills in English
