About the Role

What you’ll do:

Sales for 3ph ups in assigned teritory and in addition to focus on all electrical products as One Eaton policy. The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, market share goals. The responsibilities of business will be from entire Gujarat.      

"Overall responsibility for Three phase sales delivery and technical solution support for the assigned territory
1    Overall responsibility for three phase business in the region. 
2.    Working closely with sales Partners, consultants , end customer and Electrical contractors/SIs for sales planning to enhance the Eaton Market Share.
3.    Customer handling & customer satisfaction are prime responsibilities to close the business deals end to end which includes technical support along with product approvals.
4.    Well aware of Product Technical knowledge and industry throughout. 
5.    Drive and enforce Eaton policies. Act appropriately to ensure that employees are treated fairly; guide discipline/performance management process as necessary.
6.    Timely payment collection to maintain the healthy DSO. 
7.    To establish new partner eco system all across Gujarat region.
8.    Enhance brand awareness, promoting new offerings of Eaton with digital mindset.     

Qualifications:

Engineering preferred Electrical & Electronics
6 to 10 years of field sales experience

Skills:

UPS product, DCIM , Rack and PDU.
negotiation skills, customer satisfaction, good communication and go getter.
