<p>The Director of UX focuses on empowering our customers to build their<strong> </strong>brand awareness through personalized experiences, strategic content distribution, and intelligent brand management - all optimized for today’s evolving LLM landscape.&nbsp;As the Director of UX you’ll define the future of our brand offering for marketers. Your mission: <strong>help HubSpot’s customers amplify their expertise and be seen everywhere</strong>.&nbsp;You’ll own the end-to-end experience across <strong>Brand Identity, AEO, Web Content, Media, Social &amp; Ads, and Brand Reporting</strong>, transforming product complexity into simple, trustworthy, and powerful user experiences.</p> <h3><strong>The Challenge:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Solve for the Unknown:</strong> You will own the design for a new product space from the ground up, moving from high-level concepts to shipped, market-defining products.</li> <li><strong>Design for Complexity at Scale:</strong> You must successfully design in incredibly complex, technical situations, creating solutions that are powerful in the backend but appear simple for the user</li> <li><strong>Drive AI Innovation:</strong> The product must be designed with an <strong>AI-first strategy</strong>, requiring you to lead the vision for new, seamless experiences incorporating generative and assistive AI workflows.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Set and Execute the Design Vision (Autonomously):</strong></li> <ul> <li>Define and own the entire end-to-end design strategy for the new product line translating complex business needs into a clear, unified product experience.</li> <li>Drive the product's AI-first strategy, championing and designing for modern, generative AI-based interactions and workflows.</li> <li>Turn complexity into clarity, leading the design for incredibly complex, technical workflows and ensuring the user experience is simple and trustworthy.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Leadership and Team Scaling (Owned):</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and scale the UX team, providing design oversight for 2 Design Managers, a Staff Designer, a staff UX researcher and 11 cross-functional teams across 3 groups.</li> <li>Foster a culture of experimentation and iteration within the team to drive rapid progress in a 0-1 environment.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Strategy &amp; Influence (Collaborative):</strong></li> <ul> <li>Collaborate deeply with key cross-functional partners, including your Engineering Partner (based in Ireland) and your Product Management counterpart (potentially based in Europe or East Coast USA), to co-own the product strategy.</li> <li>Influence and align stakeholders across a large organization to drive change and secure support for your design vision.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strong Product Craft &amp;
