About the Role

Description

Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA Dealer Group in New England, is immediately hiring Diesel Technicians for 1st and 2nd Shifts with 2 or more years of experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days)
  • $22-$46/ hr., based on experience
  • Monthly Performance bonuses
  • Overtime at time and a half
  • First Shift 8- hour shift schedule ( 6:30am - 3:00pm )
  • Second shift flexible schedules + $5 shift differential
    • Four 10-hour shift schedule (2:00pm-12:30am)
    • Five 8-hour shift schedule (3:00pm-11:30pm)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 or more years of Diesel Technician experience is required
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
  • Technical/trade school certificate, dealership experience, CDL, and DOT health card are a plus

  • Diagnose malfunctions and consult with customers
  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake systems, transmissions, etc.)
