Key responsibility:
Year 1: Production Skills Learning Phase
Learn operator, color change technician, and assistant technician skills through on-shift practice to deepen understanding of processes and standards.
Study lean production theories and tools.
Support mould test process after mould repair
Support the TPM job of test machine in test room.
Support moulding test requirement from the relative department in test machine.
Support the new injection machine ramp up in production.
Support the new mould ramp up in production
Support the color C/O and mould C/O in production area.
Support the TPM job in production area.
Support the material handler job in production area.
Participate the continuous improvement in production.
Work safety by not causing unsafety conditions or doing unsafe acts.
Ensure that 5S in working area is maintained.
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.
Year 2: Rotation & Process Optimization
Rotate across relevant roles as needed.
Master injection molding processes, strengthen expertise and skills to lay groundwork for systematic problem-solving and improvement.
Proactively analyze issues systematically and solve them scientifically.
Apply lean tools in practice to systematically optimize processes and standards.
Requirement:
Educational Background: Preference for candidates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, mechatronic or mechanical automation or related fields.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English/Chinese with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless communication with international teams in a professional context.
Comprehensive Qualities: Strong problem-solving and coordination skills; a team player with a sense of responsibility and the readiness to work under pressure.
Creative Thinking: Eagerness to explore innovative ideas and solutions for process improvement challenges, with a willingness to think outside the box to drive continuous optimization.
