Summary
The Manager – Data Integrity will oversee the design, development, maintenance, and governance of the
company’s enterprise data warehouse and related data infrastructure. This role ensures the integrity, accessibility,
and security of data used for reporting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in data management, business intelligence, and insurance industry
operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the data warehouse team in overseeing, creating and maintaining scalable, high-performing data warehouse solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders, underwriters and finance teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive insights.
- Define and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards.
- Oversee the design and optimization of data models, ETL/ELT processes, and integration with core
- insurance systems.
- Collaborate with IT in cross functional efforts such as design and build of an enterprise data warehouse.
- Consult with IT in the application of information management practices to software development initiatives.
- Ensure warehouse structures support both operational and analytical reporting needs.
- Implement best practices for data lifecycle management, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Monitor system performance, optimize queries, and manage access/security.
- Partner with analytics team to deliver clean, structured data sets for AI/ML models.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and data integrity of the warehouse environment.
- Provide consistent, reliable data sources for dashboards, compliance reporting, and predictive modeling.
- Support all disciplines within the CL BU for all data needs.
- Ensure timely availability of data for regulatory filings, reinsurance reporting, and financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers, ETL developers, and analysts.
- Prioritize workload, allocate resources, and ensure delivery of high-quality data projects

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field required. Master’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
? 7+ years of experience in data warehousing
? Strong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.
? Hands-on experience with data warehouse platforms
? Knowledge of Microsoft products, querying software, BI tools.
? Insurance industry data knowledge preferred (policy, claims, billing, underwriting) preferred.
? Proven track record managing enterprise data initiatives, governance, and compliance.
? Excellent oral and written communication, organization, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
? High attention to detail and commitment to data quality. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment
