You’ll have the opportunity to review applications, connect with business, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience from start to finish.</div> <p><strong>In This Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review and evaluate incoming applications for the Trade Program, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required information</li> <li>Verify applicant eligibility by confirming business credentials and relevant professional experience</li> <li>Communicate with applicants to understand their business needs, request additional information, and provide guidance through the application process</li> <li>Collect and review key customer data points and make informed decisions when assigning accounts to the appropriate Four Hands team</li> <li>Adhere to application review timelines and ensure a swift and efficient application experience for prospective Trade Program customers</li> <li>Maintain an organized database of applicants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference and reporting</li> <li>Manage and follow up on a pipeline of leads sourced outside the application process, including trade show attendees and company-provided lists</li> <li>Track activities and maintain relevant information in the Salesforce CRM system</li> <li>Attend a minimum of<strong> </strong>4 trade shows per year</li> <li>Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications</li> <li>Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team <ul> <li>Be open and honest</li> <li>Reach for excellence</li> <li>Act with responsibility</li> <li>Value the whole person</li> <li>Enjoy the journey</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>The Ideal Person</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+&nbsp;years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or sales operations</li> <li>Ability to travel&nbsp;a minimum of 4 times per year for tradeshows</li> <li>Basic&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in Microsoft&nbsp;Office suite, specifically Excel&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)</li> <li>Basic experience in data auditing and analyzing</li> <li>Strong organizational and documentation skills&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with AI tools (Chat GPT, Grok, etc) is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 id="about-heading" class="external-panel__heading">About Four Hands</h3> <div id="about-body" class="external-panel__trix-content external-panel__trix-content--colored"> <div>Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
