The candidate will be responsible for the Quality planning and implementation of assigned programs to ensure compliance with company’s quality processes and procedures
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarity with product functional and design specifications
- Familiar with reviewing and approval of program compliance matrix
- Participates in milestone reviews for completion to MRR and TRR
- Identifies and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating products and production equipment based on program needs
- Performs defect and statistical analysis to assess the cost of, and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- Proficient in the application and use of the NCR, MRB, RCCA, 5-Why, 8D, etc., programs
- Investigates and thoroughly understands developments in quality assurance specifications and standards
- Conducts audits Internal/External and submits reports
- Communicates and resolves QA issues on an as needed basis
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
AiTech offers a competitive total rewards package aligned with the individual’s skills, knowledge, and experience, and in line with both internal standards and external market practices. The expected annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 a year.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5 years of Quality experience in Electro-Mechanical products.
- Experience with AS9102 FAI format and requirements
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of AS9100/ISO Requirements
- Working knowledge and understanding of basic electronic principles, PCB manufacturing and environmental testing
- Certification and/or knowledge in IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-2220 family, IPC-6012/6013, and IPC-A-600
- Certification in IPC-A-610 – Acceptability of electronic assembly
- CQE/CRE
