The Inside Sales Representative will ensure monthly product gross profit targets are met and act as the primary point of contact for inbound business inquiries. They will also generate new product and services pipeline through proactive account management.

About the team
Our Sales Operations Team is responsible for providing daily account management for Logicalis’s customers. This includes driving incremental business through ongoing account management, as well as understanding specific hardware and software solutions requirements of the customer.
By working closely with the broader Sales team, we focus on maximising revenue for Logicalis while also ensuing success of our customers.
Role responsibilities and duties
• Ensuring monthly product gross profit targets for new and repeat business are met;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for inbound ‘run-rate’ business and general account enquiries;
• Generating new product and services pipeline through proactive account management
• Passing qualified leads to the EMs and other relevant Logicalis stakeholders from vendors
• Maintaining customer contact details within Logicalis’s CRM;
• Other duties as required.
About You
• Hold a qualification in IT/Business or equivalent professional experience;
• Have experience in similar outbound inside sales/telemarketing/retail environments;
• Knowledge of Logicalis’s solution offerings and/or IT industry awareness would be highly prized including: knowledge of basic networking, installation processes, security processes, office systems, operating systems, email and IT processes;
• Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages;
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Pride yourself on being a self-starter, who works well under pressure with a high attention to detail;
• Need the ability to learn fast and be proactive in upskilling your skill set where needed;
• Be able to build and maintain rapport with Logicalis customers, vendors, suppliers and colleagues;
• Exhibit strong vendor and supplier management skills.
